Learning more about yourself and your business can help you to hone your leadership skills

Sustainable Business Systems helps leaders operate from their strengths, and hone those to be the best they can be. In like manner, we help businesses to hone and use their strengths. Knowing where your real strengths lie is the first step. We have several assessment tools that we use with our clients to help them gain that knowledge.

Here are some of the assessemnts we utilize with our clients:

Myers-Briggs Personality Type

This assessment will introduce clients to the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI). Participants will discover their personality preferences in order to increase their leadership capacity and empower communication with their emlployees and stakeholders. This assessment highlights client strengths and potential "blind spots" and how these might contribute to, or interfere with, clear leadership communication during individual or group  interactions.  Participants will learn how their own "type" interacts with those they are working with.  For example, leaders who concentrate on goal attainment may encounter communication difficulties with "Intuitive" peopel, or  someone who favors "Big Picture" analysis, may not feel they are getting what they need from someone who is strong in "sensing" a situation. The Meyers Briggs assessment describes your  approach to the environment intellectually and attitudinally, and what modes of information processing you use most often.

From this assessment and personalized review, participants will:

  • Learn about the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and understand what it does and does not measure
